Feed Refresh & Navigation Fixes

Bug Fixes 🐛

• Fixed: Pull to refresh on the feed now actually loads new activity. Previously, the refresh could be dropped the moment it started, leaving you looking at stale posts — sometimes with a "Refreshing failed" message, sometimes silently.

• Fixed: Leaving a screen while it's still loading no longer shows a pesky error message.
