✨ More Room to Breathe: The All-New Collapsing Tab Bar

We know that screen real estate is precious, especially when you’re diving deep into your content. We’ve redesigned the main navigation to get out of your way so you can focus on what matters most.

• Smart Hiding: As you scroll down to explore, the tab bar tucks away into a compact pill. It springs back to full size the moment you scroll back up.

• Silky Smooth Interaction: We’ve rebuilt the scrolling logic to be fluid and natural. It ignores accidental side-swipes and tiny jitters, so it only moves when you want it to.

• Context Aware: The bar always returns to full size when you switch tabs, so you never lose your place.

🎨 A Cleaner View: Redesigned Subtabs

We’ve given our sub-navigation a fresh coat of paint! Our goal was to reduce visual noise and make the app feel more cohesive, no matter which screen you’re on.

• The "Quiet" Treatment: We’ve replaced bulky sliders with a minimalist weight shift and a subtle orange-to-pink dash. It’s easier on the eyes and keeps the focus on your lists.

• Consistent Everywhere: From Search and My Lists to your Profile stats, everything now shares the same sleek look.

• Better Spacing: Tabs are now left-aligned and hug their labels, making better use of your screen width.

📍 Location, Location, Location: Smarter City Search

Updating your profile shouldn't feel like a chore. We fixed a few quirks in the city search to make it feel instant and reliable.

• Twice as Fast: We cut the search delay by more than half. Suggestions now appear roughly twice as fast as before.

• No More Disappearing Acts: Picking a city now commits immediately. Even if you dismiss the keyboard quickly, your choice sticks.

• Visual Feedback: We added a loading spinner inside the field so you know exactly when the app is looking up those place details for you.
